Coaching is a regular time to talk over issues in your life. Through our regular sessions you will gain clarity on your situation and what you want to do next.
We can talk about what to do next in your career, whether to make a big life change like moving, coming out or leaving a relationship. It could be that you feel stuck in your life at the moment and you need support getting back on track.
Coaching can also be helpful if you have finished working with a therapist or counsellor and you need regular contact with a professional to help you focus on your making sure you have a happier and healthier future.
Life is complicated and I’m here to listen without judgment and to support you. It always feels better to talk over your problems with someone. I won’t advise you on what to do, but I am trained to support you through your situation and help you deal with the emotional side and the practical side of dealing with life’s issues.
I am trained by the International Coaching Federation and I work within the ICF Code of Ethics. It’s important that you feel safe within the coaching environment and that you can trust me.
I work with a variety of clients from different backgrounds offering a positive, non-judgmental, LGBTQ+ inclusive experience.
Sessions will be held over Google Meet and can be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

A Note on Pricing:
I offer a sliding rate for those who are: currently not working, full time education, working part time, on parental leave, or returning to work after a long break. Please mention this in the Intro Call and we can work out pricing that works for you.
